Membership FAQs

Yes, a minimum monthly deposit applies to keep your account active and growing. Ask a branch officer for the current minimum, as it may be adjusted from time to time by the Board.

Ordinary savings can be withdrawn subject to the Sacco's by-laws and notice period, while share capital is only refundable on exit from membership.

Deposits can be made via M-Pesa Paybill (Business Number 000000), bank transfer, payroll check-off for corporate members, or in person at any branch.

Submit a written exit notice to any branch. Outstanding loans must be cleared and the exit process follows the notice period set out in the Sacco's by-laws before final payout.
